1ST MARCH & THE TRIPLE Rs

The first morning of March arrived quietly.

A little sunshine, but not bold…a little gloom but not heavy.

Green tea with a small stick of cinnamon brewing beside me.

After a short night’s sleep, a full dinner, laughter with friends and too many thoughts about the world, my body is asking for something different today.

Not ambition. Not intensity. Not “new month, new goals.”

Just three simple things.

Recovery.

The body is wise. It recovers when we allow it to. From lack of sleep, from emotional conversations, from heavy meals and even from overthinking. Recovery is not laziness. It is repair.

Reflection.

Some friendships shift. Some news unsettles us. Some moments reveal how much we’ve grown. Reflection is not dwelling. It is understanding.

Reset.

Not punishment. Not strict dieting. Not cutting people off dramatically. Just small adjustments. Softer boundaries. Gentler mornings. Clearer intentions.

We often rush into a new month wanting to conquer it.

Today, I choose to meet March calmly.

To sip slowly. To move gently and to respond instead of react.

March begins not with force but with awareness.

As March begins, which R do you need most? Recovery, Reflection or Reset?
